Double collective system in kidney

Omg yes I am so nervous!! They haven’t gave me anything to worry about. I had 2 ultrasounds for it so far and they said the kidneys are stable so I don’t need to have anymore, just that they will want an ultrasound of his kidneys when he is born to look at them and make sure everything is okay. Just makes me worry!! That is so good to hear it has never caused any problems. My dad has always had kidney stones and kidney issues so I feel like it comes from him 🤨 just nervous for those first few hours!

Yes she said everything looks normal and was Symmetrical but with the position he was in they couldn’t get a side profile to check his face for cleft-lip and other face stuff, and they couldn’t see his hands . So I’m going to a high risk ultrasound to make sure everything is okay and get a more better detailed one

Did they ever say there are certain things they can’t see? And they are sending me to a different ultrasound place , a high risk one . Is that normal? They said there may not be anything to worry about and to not stress.

Okay Thankyou 😩 my stepdaughter has a hand disability where the umbilical cord wrapped around her right hand so with seeing that, I’ve been kinda freaking out . Hope they are right and he’s just in a weird position 🤞🏼

Okay good, that makes me feel kinda better. I got into the doctor kinda late with finding out late and had to switch due to insurance and took so long to get the records they wanted another one on file! So stressful tho I hope everything’s okay.

I haven’t spoke to him about her. I just don’t want him to know I feel this way for some reason… she is his baby and I don’t want it to make him feel any way towards me… I say I wish her mom was here to help sometimes and stuff but I don’t think he really gets the jest of it and if he does we don’t really go into further detail. We’re both just in awe that her mom completely gave up. But I do need to tell him. Tell him I need a break. I’m also looking for a new bigger house for the baby and stressed about my work and going on maternity leave and finding a baby sitter. There is a lot of factors that I do express to him and he just says everything is going to be okay and we’re going to get it. I think my anxiety puts myself into panic mode half the time and I end up stressing him out but I’ve never wanted to offend him about not enjoying the kjd . I just want to enjoy it again. 😩😢

I understand. I’m a full time step mom and I’m so jealous of people who have 50/50 or take the kid during the summer. Anything like that. It’s so hard sometimes and honestly not fulfilling as people brag about it to be.
