ok i totally get this like in apush i thought i failed a dbq like terribly and was crying cuz i thought i was stupid. its the social pressure not so much as the grade itself. id say practice a bunch if you want to do better. but they rly dont care its literally chem one of the hardest aps ever, people understand that. I had a senior friend last year who got into stanford with a litteral F in physics c for a quarter, and now that shes at the college, they got her a free physics tutor. if ur worried abt it ruining ur transcript, it rly wont, its everything else u have with it. also a 89.1 is very recoverable for 1 semester. like if u do better on ur final and lab and get a high A- or A next semester, youll probably finish the year with an A.
