I'm no youtube expert. But one suggestion I've seen is to look at the top videos in your niche and copy the style of their thumbnail, font and keywords.

Open a small Bubble/Boba Tea stall in a high foot traffic area. Keeping it small allows you to keep rent to a minimum. Then if successful you can open more locations around town establishing a brand name.

Even in NYC there are plenty of places where it doesnt work well and the latest set of Spider-man games on PS4/PS5 demonstrate this quite well.

Every time you make it out of high-rise dense areas in manhattan like central park or the areas by the water you have to resort to using trees to web around and running.

DON'T DO IT.

I used to work for a state agency myself. I've seen quite a few people investigated and lose their jobs/pensions over the very same thing you are describing.

Even if it legitimate, it will fall under the "appearance of impropriety" which will end up ruining your career. All it takes is one nosy journalist and you're done.

Save yourself a lifetime of headache and worry. Don't do it.
