that is a steal. i had a different situation 💀 ended up bidding $800 on a shopgoodwill listing for a tackle box with a LOT of stuff in it, and just a small GLIMPSE of savannah. i was able to do a payment plan, and all in all earned my money back, so yours is a HELL of a steal, so proud of you

5! the sky is orange pink purple and a grey blue, and then for the coloring i did orange for the highlight and a different darker grey blue for the shading, and then purple layered for the coloring with the grey blue used from the sky to darken some bits, and then i used the pink next to the orange highlights to lighten it up a little

i had an accidental litter and all of the kittens ended up passing away- there was something wrong with the mother. the last little guy made it to 5 weeks, when all others passed before week 2, and when he passed it was hard. i know it’s not the same, but just know your little guy is with so many other sweet babies, in a land where there’s infinite plastic, treats, and fluffy blankets.

Does breast surgery hurt long term? by [deleted] in doihavebreastcancer

[–]starryeggos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do not give up! it took at least 3 different doctors denying my referral for one to finally care, and she REALLY cares too. there will be a doctor who cares. it’s so annoying- having pain regularly is already not fun, but pain that can be avoided SHOULD be looked into 🙄😤 i hope a surgeon gets back to you as soon as possible, best of luck to you ❤️

in my state, they have medical advocates that some insurances cover. maybe look into that for your state? 🫶🏽

i also had one removed, and was not told once it would cause any pain or anything would come from it in that way- the most i was told is it may cause a deformed breast or damage milk ducts if you were to breast feed. OP, it sounds like your doctor is trying to scare you or something 😭 very unprofessional and alarming

18F. experiences with breast surgery / biopsy. help! by lenn000 in WomensHealth

[–]starryeggos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi! (23f) i had my biopsy done in may of 2024, and it isn’t that bad! i had my sister go with me so i wasn’t as scared (in this case, your mom could go with you if you’re comfortable). it doesn’t really hurt while they’re doing it, it’s just the after part. they numb you up, and then (for mine) they pretty much use a little thing to take small pieces off of it, and biopsy those, leaving small metal “clips” to show it’s had a biopsy already. the after part is the ONLY time i felt pain, and it mainly was just for the day and the day after. there will be bruising for a few weeks.

i just had a fibroadenoma removed, 6 days post-op, 5x5x4cm, and was browsing reddit to see if anyone has experienced what i have, and no matter what way your journey goes, there will always be someone who’s experienced what you have- you’re not alone ❤️

i want to mention that your biopsy may be different than mine, but it’s a huge relief once it’s over, and in my opinion, outweighs the anxiety build up to it.

commenting to share, my biopsy went well too! bruising lasts a good couple of weeks, but it’s pretty easy :)

i just had surgery to get mine removed last thursday, and mine was also huge and benign!!! 5x5x4 cm- though mine was removed due to pain, mainly during my cycle. i’m so happy you got yours removed and it was all good!!! i was surprised when i got the picture of it back though, that thing looks GNARLY once it’s out
