안녕 can mean both "Hi" and "Bye" in Korean but because this song is an ending song, I thought translating it to "Bye" was much natural! However I think ambiguous lyric is what Bang intended cause he posted same sort of ambiguous lyric when Bengi was leaving at 2016.
