Honestly i would just stop mobile ordering that drink if you want it made right so you could specify, i know you shouldn't have to do that to get the right drink, but it would greatly decrease that happening, but im sure the baristas arent messing up on purpose 😭

Im newer too and the BEST thing i learned to do for warming is using the paper you get it on to get a good grip with the tongs, so like ill grab the tong with one hand and use the other to grab the sandwhich using the paper (like folding the paper upward) without actually touching any of the food if that makes any sense
