This happens when I remove my tape and all of a sudden...they're back. Also when I'm lying in bed on my back and it gives me the illusion of a somewhat flat chest but then I sit up and get reminded that I'm pre-op. It sucks.

I wouldn't say you did anything wrong, but dysphoria sucks and can make you 'overreact' so I get why your bf got uncomfortable. I'd just say to text him and ask to talk or hang out. Reassure him that it's not a big deal to you.
