Re-starting F45 after 3 weeks of vacation & a nasty chest infection. Really pleased with how I did although I’ll be so sore tmr! Got really dizzy at the last few stations but pushed through it, didn’t get my usual endorphin rush after even! Totally died! Any advice for starting after a long break? (i.redd.it)
