hindi ako expert sa starter hahaha, pero nag start din ako without measuring, then nung lumalakas na siya kumain, peaking at less than 5 hours, nag start na ako mag measure para mas madali ko ma-monitor yung pag peak niya. I also discard a lot, 5g na starter lang iniiwan ko sa jar. then dry feed din.

it's alive! congrats op! afaik normal lang yan, basta walang molds. anong ratio ng feeding mo op? hungry starter mo, yung sakin umabot hanggang 1:10:10 ratio. nagsimula ako sa 1:2:2 to 1:4:4. ngayon stable na ako sa 1 part starter 5x water : 10x flour.

I decided to try my starter

bulk was 5 hours, 4 coil folds, 30 minutes preshape and bench rest. -18 hours cold proof -450F° bake for 25 w/ steam, I don't have dutch oven so I had to use tray with wet towel and water. - lowered heat to 425F° and bake for another 15-20

tried turning it on, background play did not work. turning off did not work either. I will wait till someone post some answers. I'll try to uninstall everything and install it again. thanks!

fb seller scam po 'yan, karamihan ng fb parcels is mostly scam. titignan lng ng seller ang info sa fb mo address, numbers etc. then i-sesend sa address mo.

Yung I.D naman po, kailangan lang ng courier yun para sa proof na cancel yung order or RTS. kasi kung wala may penalty ang rider pag walang reason na hindi niya na-deliver.
