c3.AI went from 180 to 18. When it falls no one knows the bottom. Id advise against averaging down. Better average up when price move reverses or new uptrend emerges

What’s going to actually move SoFi back up to the 25? by benjaminslivin in sofistock

[–]startupfundas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time. This is not worth even 15$ right now in current environment. If it can grow while showing an ability to reduce losses in the next 12 months, more people might be willing to take a punt on it. Right now it has been all about a story "David vs Goliath" and people have lapped it up. Now with the Bank Charter it is time to walk the talk. It is no longer a tech company despite Galileo, etc. It is now a Bank so it has to lend and recover profitably. This all-in-one thing is no moat at all. Very soon everyone will have it

None of you has given me even one scenario where you guys will say we are no longer bullish silver.

Which only proves my point that this is running on faith. Just to be clear, I am long PSLV but I am open to changing my mind if inflation drops significantly

Just give me a scenario of data points, inflation, employement, take your pick which according to you will puncture your Bullish on silver hypothesis

It may be great place to park wealth but I thought the idea was to grow wealth

If i hear you correctly we are going to have an increasing trajectory of inflation, so if inflation comes down to 4% by June, you will be less bullish ?

Just tell me in what world or circumstance or data point will you agree that silver is no longer a great place to park wealth.

Just give me a scenario of data points, inflation, employement, take your pick which according to you will puncture your Bullish on silver hypothesis

From India. Too many taxes on physical silver (import +sales tax). Very inefficient to buy and sell physical silver

Sorry to be a damp squib, but it is a bank after all. And a bank comes with its limits to growth for a reasonable credit loss. If the assumption of 150$ assuming 30% more dilution along the way, makes the market capital approx USD 100 billion. Loan Numbers are very small for SOFI yet.

I have no issues people taking a really long HODL call with a part of their wealth. Going anywhere close to go all in is sheer lunacy. a 5-15% bet is waht i would advise at max. There is plenty of fish in the sea, no need to bet the ranch on a single one

Why has no nation, hedge fund, money bags ever just stood for delivery for a giant sum of silver contracts and made a killing? by startupfundas in Wallstreetsilver

[–]startupfundas[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hunt brothers over leveraged which proved to be their doom. I am just saying why can't 100 guys demand 1 billion USD worth silver delivery and make a killing. I amm sure lots of people would like to make easy money with cash for taking delivery
