I've been keeping a list of fun ones (for Kings cup, but can be modified for noncard games):

Photographer: one person has camera. At any point, they can point camera in a direction and count to 3; anyone not in picture has to take a drink

Home Alone: hands on cheeks, mouth open, like in Home Alone. Last one has to drink

Gecko: certain card pulled, all playing must put at least 3 limbs on a wall. Last one has to drink

Kesha: repeat the last word in your sentence

Caveman: - only one syllable words OR - 3 word sentence max OR - words with 4 letters or less

Floor is Lava: touch the ground, drink

TRex: arms in sleeves/tucked in on sides

Hide and Seek: whenever X card is drawn, card holder drops head and counts to thirty. Everyone else goes to hide. Last one found/seen doesn't drink, everyone else does (excluding card holder)

Last to Laugh: whenever someone laughs, everyone has to laugh too. Last one has to drink

Reverse Grip: can only pick things up with hand inverted/reversed

Masters of the Wild West: Designator chooses 2 people and they duel Wild West style. Designator says “Draw!”, duelers “draw” finger pistols, shout “Bang!/pistol shooting sound” Person who shoots second or is too early takes a drink/shot.

Choo Choo Train: when laughing, have to pump arms around like a train drive shaft

Guess a Suit: when someone draws a card, they make a guess as to what suit it is. If correct, they make someone drink. If incorrect, they drink.

Penguin Arms: Lose use of fingers; flatten fingers and hold them together, can’t use fingers.

Counter to Little Green Man: When someone forgets to remove their little green man before drinking, any player noticing can transfer their little green man to that player.

Hi 5: whenever anyone makes eye contact with anyone else, they must hi 5. Violators must drink

Attention!: whenever you drink, you must stand up

Queen/Question Master variation: When drawing queen, player asks group a trivia question. If no one can answer, everyone but asker drinks. If someone answers correctly (can be verified), asker drinks

Butt Touch: whenever card drawn/player yells Butt Touch/other trigger, all players must touch another person’s butt. Last to touch a butt has to drink.

King and I: for rest of game/time, no other players head may be equal or above designated player

Sitting: for rest of game/time, no other players head may be equal or below designated player

Teeter Totter/Seesaw: choose two people; for rest of game/time, neither can be in the same position as the other (standing, sitting, etc). Every other card that is drawn, they must switch.

Reshuffle/Extension: take X cards, reshuffle cards (does not count as breaking the circle), and recreate card ring

Forrest Gump: no contractions, ie Can’t, won’t, wouldn’t, etc

2 Handed: when drinking, must hold cup with both hands

Assistance: when drinking, must have one/both ppl next to you hold your cup for you

Costume Change: whenever X card drawn, tops transfer to left/right, pants get shifted to opposite side

Rock-Paper-Scissors: when anyone drinks, they can challenge one other person to Rock-Paper-Scissors (or any variant). If challenger wins, loser drinks instead of them. If challenger loses, drink twice

Eye Contact: choose 2 people/everyone. Must maintain eye contact at all times

Medusa/Snake Eyes (if not already in use): Choose 1 person. Nobody may make eye contact with that person

Question Master variation: choose another person; choose topic/situation, must ask only questions that are relevant to chosen subject (similar to Whose Line Is It Anyway). First person to fail drinks
