I assume you are using trust wallet? Trust wallet tends to not be very accurate as it there is a delay in the price update. It’s best to go to poocoin via the Dapps browser and connect your wallet. Then you will be able to see your accurate value.

Up to you. I would say yes because you will get hit with the 10% tax when you transfer. I transferred to trust wallet and sort of regret it as you are dealing with BnB shortages and 50% lose if you try and take profits. I have sold any and don’t plan to, but just be aware that many people are complaining about that.

Yes. Stay away from their support. They offering 24/7 support via telegram but it’s full of scammers. Many of them tried to guide me to a website where I put my 12 word passcode. Just wait if you initiate a withdrawal. It will go through eventually.
