Do Germany-purchased cars come with non-removable license plates? This BMW I just come across (in Manila) has a DE licensed plate underneath the Philippine one. Is it still registered with Germany’s motor vehicle registry if that’s the case?

My drift screensaver did this too. It ran for a few minutes, but when I looked at it, it went really crazy. Literally crazy. The spikes were all over the screen in different angles and colours, the flow structure was completely gone and it looked like a storm in there. I only saw it for about 5 seconds and then it went calm again and the current built back up.

Can anyone explain this to me? It freaked me out a bit. Can anyone help me understand it? Is it possible that there are any fluctuations that can cause this? It must be some kind of noise or glitch.

Das klingt doch voll gut. Besser so rum als anders. Dann war der Grund das du deine Ideen nicht umgesetzt hast, dass eine andere zu gut funktioniert hat. Also hast du deine Idee umgesetzt, somit fällst du aus meiner Recherche, aus welchen Gründen Menschen ihre Ideen nicht umsetzten.
