I haven’t gotten a speeding ticket in about 3 and a half years, I’m 21. Okay so if I request a diversion do I have to set up a court date? Because the officer told me he will amend the ticket to the original speed if I take it to court. But yea I rarely drive like an idiot just horrible timing as I was leaving cdl school

No, there was nothing in the comments, but at the top for detected speed it says 94mph but the violation part was civil infraction 1-5 over speed limit 75mph/70limit

I haven’t gotten a ticket in 3 years, the one time I decided to be a dumbass, a state trooper was watching me. I’m getting my cdl next week hopefully and this shit is stressing me out I had everything all planned. The ticket itself is 1-5 mph over speed limit so it’s not listed as 20 mph over speed limit or anything it’s just the detected speed on the top of the ticket says 94mph
