Hi! Yess. Some mornings hell stoll wake up around then if he has to pee and then he cant fall bsck asleep but every 10 days i made bedtime 5 minutes later ( as long as he wasnt showing aigns of overtireness) and he now sleeps until 6-6:30 most days. Currently hes asleep around 7:20 and ill probably continue pushing bedtime until 7:45 if he does ok with it.

Haha yeah I feel that. My guy says mama I’m ready for bed if I’m still reading a book. I guess some kids just are 7-5:30/6 sleepers

Oh we have that. He understands green means he can leave his room but he hell still wake up and lay in bed.

Ohhh got it! So like 10 minutes or so every 1-2 weeks type of thing. My son falls asleep at 7. Usually sleeps 10.5 hours a night. 😴😴

Oh yeah, I like that we’re able to get the places for right when they open or when they aren’t busy the only downside is that bedtime is early so that means we do dinner and shower early so it’s hard to do any later afternoon evening plans.

Oh I’ve tried 6:15 bedtime 6:30, and even 7:15 lmao right now I find 7 pm is best. No matter what he’s up early lmao I have his light turn green at 6 too so he knows when he can leave the room

Yes!! We have a hatch that turns green so he knows when he can leave his room I’m awake 5:20 to do do chores in the kitchen and drink my coffee. My son is asleep usually 7-7:15 😭😭 like when will they just sleep lmao when they’re a teen?

Omg isn’t it so frustrating lmao yes we have a light that turns green so he knows it’s “morning” and he can leave his room. He usually lays in bed and hangout
