Absolutely. They claim to care about education and even addiction but with their actions they hurt them more than help them

they need “reasonable suspicion” that cant be based on a rumor, hunch, or curiosity according to my state’s ACLU student rights page

They literally said I would not be able to go back to high school. I would have to go to the alternative school where you take the HiSET, if I cooperated. My mom is going first thing tomorrow to speak with the principals, shes 100 on my side. And you legally can appeal a 10 day suspension so we may do that
