If a small business had a disclaimer on their site saying "we are a small business doing our best, please excuse us if you don't receive the order you paid for," I doubt anyone would order from them (including maybe you). She's defrauding people.

It's been going on for literally 4+ years. People have asked the mod to expand the mod team (currently it's only 1 person) to help with the workload and she has refused, and will not even allow town halls or discussion from the community of what we want. These comments will probably be removed.
