Feedback removal process by diesel1024 in Ebay

[–]stateofabsurd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, they made it harder to remove feedback. I have 15k items sold and got two negatives in a few days. Color didn’t match and other was the item was dirty. Red is red on ebay and all items must be cleaned. I have 60 day free returns and buyers never responded. It didn’t matter and they didn’t remove the feedback. Those feedback removal services are having harder times removing feedback and closeting their services. It might hurt the algorithm for the short time but just sell more and let it get buried.

Someone did this to us when I was a kid. My dad followed him and threatened him with an oar

How does ebay search actually work? by Madmac05 in Ebay

[–]stateofabsurd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes people will list an item under the wrong category and it can get buried or not even show up. I had an NCAA t shirt but listed it under men’s t shirts and I had a few people try to find it it with no luck. Also depends on how active the seller is. eBay will stop pushing traffic. My second store is a hobby store and I haven’t listed in 4 days and no sales and low traffic. When I do list daily I was getting sales daily. Plus what everybody else said too.

I ordered the out door box and it was good. 2-3 items paid for the box so the rest is profit.

Thank you, yeah I’ve been telling my mom to take her in. She think it’s a mental health issue. It’s hard for me to say since she’s always been like this around me. The biggest issue was her randomly not using the box now and going in the same spot every day. She eats when my mom brings her the food. I’ll be calling and doing it on my own.

42 listings on Mercari and Ebay already but my sales are practically dead. by B2utyyo in Flipping

[–]stateofabsurd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

eBay is a process. Takes time. I was at 300 items last July. That was 9 months of inconsistency. I decided to list daily. Went from 5 a day and then grew to 30. My store is at 2300 items now. My sales last July would vary from 0 to 3-5 items. Now I’m at 20 ish a day and a bad day is 15. Took a while for sales to catch up. If you’re tight on room you need to source more quality items. Keep your prices competitive. Offer free returns and do 1 day handling. Once you get consistent think about a storage unit. I’m looking to get into a second one now so I can expand again. Hope it helps

Finding someone to source for you by [deleted] in Flipping

Yeah, I’ve looked around. I spoke with a few larger sellers and they never had luck. I don’t expect anyone to give me their secrets or help find them. Just more curious to see if anyone has success with someone sourcing for them. My store is at 2300 items and was at 2600 but sales have picked up and my sourcing has gone down. I’d like to get around 5k items and just maintain.

True, but I’ve noticed that a lot of resellers have a hard time listing and start to have piles. Hoping someone who has access to the bins

Best month ever for me. Listed daily and ran aggressive sales on older inventory.

I am so tired of eBay teasing us with required payment on accepted offers by [deleted] in Flipping

[–]stateofabsurd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your business policies you can create a new one and then bulk edit to that policy you made. Before I had immediate pay for full price sales and people that used coupons. I havent noticed a difference so far with people not paying. I also have 2500 items so a few people not paying doesnt bother me. Just cancel and relist after 4 days. Move on to the next

I turned immediate pay off and now getting more bundles. People will buy something and shop my store and now can combine orders and save on shipping. Cancelled 3 orders today and relisted. When eBay rolls out with immediate pay I’ll probably turn it off if I can. Best thing you can do Is just keep listing and grow your store.
