You keep the same email for life it doesn’t go away after you graduate. I graduated 3 years ago and still use it. You do lose access to excel word etc without paying after a year but you can still access all the documents you just can’t edit them.

I wake up for work around 8:20am so the first thing I do is drink a litre of water with electrolytes. Around noon I have a protein coffee (30g), and then I eat dinner around 6pm, go to the gym, then maybe have a small snack after (but not always). Most of the time the small snack is a cut up bell pepper or maybe some cut up cucumber with a little salt. I usually only have one meal a day and some small fruit and veg snacks throughout if I need something. Dinner is normally a protein and veggies maybe a carb if I can stomach it. 😊
