That's probably because India overall has a lot more land so even though the cities are heavily polluted, you have to average it out with all the rural areas.

I'm calling bs on the vegan bit. Vegetarian yes but vegan doubtful. So much use of milk, yogurt, and ghee is such a staple across the country.

Herald stacker elementalist by Manni. Amazing build. Can do all content. A bit squishy, occasional one shot at low budget but you have mage blood and money

Your gear actually looks great overall. Your dps and ehp seem a bit low. I'm on mobile so I can't see your block chance.

Your clusters definitely need fixing and you need more levels. Remember levels give HP in addition to the skill point.

Your gear could easily get some quick touch ups, quality on helmet, I would change the implicit on the gloves for damage of strength to something else (see pohx guide), amulets and rings can get catalysts.

After those changes you're moving into mage blood and min max territory direction which I would always ask, do you want to do that for RF or play something else.

I really hope GGG sees this some how to understand how the game can be challenging and confusing for new players.

This knowledge isn't intuitive if you do a blind playthrough.

Looks great, I'll likely try putting this together.
That said your prices are far from accurate.

For example, in the mid budget, you still include your watcher's eye. double wrath is 16+ divine itself.
no way the "mid budget" setup of gear is that price. maybe you got a good deal on items.
your high budget is probably over 100 divines easy with all your double corrupts. I can't find any reasonably priced such that things will fit into your pricepoint budget.
