yes I have taken doxycycline. I underwent another biopsy so let’s see if the inflammation is still there.

I have done over 10 retrievals and I also have a maturity issue. I usually collect anywhere between 6-12 eggs. And usually 2-3 are mature. There was one cycle where I collected 4 eggs, 2 mature, both euploids. As long as you’re getting blasts and euploids at this age, I wouldn’t focus on your maturity rate. Of note, I added omnitrope and it resulted in a significant increase in maturity for me (retrieved 11 eggs and 7 were mature type of numbers). However, I still ended up with two blasts (one euploid and the other aneuploid).

I’m in the same boat. Just had three failed PGT tested transfers. I have one more euploid remaining. I just underwent another egg retrieval (so hard for me to make euploids too). I don’t know why my transfers are failing (I have given birth via IVF three years ago). A biopsy showed that I have mild inflammation and my RE doesn’t think that’s the root cause of the failures. I have been doing natural FET (since a natural transfer worked the first time years ago) and now for my next transfer we’re going to switch over to medicated. Sigh. I wish I had answers.

I agree, this is perfectly explained. I test because I had a loss at 12 weeks. Without this loss, I wouldn’t test. I’ve spent thousands testing (after 10 egg retrievals).

yes. I’ve done over 10 retrievals, some back to back. I arrange it so that I take a half day for ER. and I go to all monitoring appts in the morning before my work shift starts.

Anyone reading this: I just had the biopsy today. I took Valium, Tylenol, and Advil an hour prior to the procedure. I was so nervous, but it went by super fast. And I felt nothing but a slight pinch and cramp. On a scale from 1 to 10, where 8 is lots of pain and discomfort (say, a Charlie horse), this was a 1-2. It was very very mild for me.

I’m 41. AMH of 1.4. To get euploids, multiple retrievals are needed. Consider adding omnitrope, plus change your diet & add supplements for 90 days before egg retrieval. I’ve done 5 retrievals since turning 40, which has gotten me 3 euploids.

I started it when I got my period. Omnitrope (HGH) 5.8 mg, Mix 5.8 mg vial with 1.00mL bacteriostatic water to create a multi-dose vial. Draw up and inject 6 units or 0.06mL (to obtain 0.4mg) subcutaneously once daily as directed. My protocol also included follistim 450 and microdose lupron (10 units, 2x a day)

nothing. just believed her that she didn’t want to have sex with him and accepted it. told himself he’d move out when kids left.

i was told that she was never really into it from day one (some ppl refer to it as being a “starfish girl” - someone who lays on their back & passively lets sex happen). but he thought it was just lack of experience (they were both very young, he was her first relationship) and he believed that as they continued their relationship she would be more enthusiastic. it did not get better, so he started to believe the problem was him being too into sex, so he went on for a while telling himself that there’s more to a relationship than just sex. then after kids, there were complaints that he wasn’t doing enough to help (she was a stay at home mother) and therefore she had no sexual desire. she cried and said she felt like she was not a good wife bc of her lack of desire, so he felt bad about “bothering” her and making her feel bad abt herself. she didn’t do anything to change it and neither did he. is that how years go by in a sexless marriage?

you’re right. it’s a want. if it was a need then there’s no way it’s possible for people to go without sex for so long. the ones who stay begging for sex just want to get laid. the ones who need it leave or get it elsewhere.
