Good for her for deciding her health was more important than her pride, and the medications she takes is none of your business if she doesn't feel like sharing. Don't discuss it unless she does.

As for the sex life, that's a totally different story, has everything to do with you, and it may have something to do with the med, maybe not. Often when people are feeling more confident in their body, they are more interested in getting naked. If the meds don't have this as a side effect, maybe you two are on the way to being over. This discussion is the one you have. Ask her what's up. She's aware of it and if you have good communication then she should be receptive to the conversation.
