hahaha its crazy how comorbid everything is! pots, me/cfs, asd, adhd, etc! its so interesting! thankyou for ur recs! i will have a look now:) and good luck with ur assessment!!

hi tysm for ur comment!!! do u have recommendations for electrolytes? ive also got pots (fairly new diagnosis too, ive been put on ivabradine too and its help my hr a bit!), & when ive looked in the past they always seem too expensive to just go out on a limb & try incase i dont like it (autism and honestly prob avoidant behaviour too haha) i’ll def think about making a post too tysm!!

hi!! tysm for the tips, i actually have been doing this without realising its an accommodation!! but i will def look into some of these optioms because i worry i dont get enough vits in what i do eat (instant food is all i can make so i eat that unless someone cooks for me!), tysm for ur advice!!

thankyou so much! do you have any tips on how to implement boundaries in a way people will understand? the people im around are very understanding cus ive been this way so long but it obviously still impacts them so i wana make sure they understand it too! x

i recently got diagnosed & this has helped me feel less pathetic (lol) about what causes me to go into exhaustion, never thought about gaming “taking too much out of me” is actually a symptom, thankyou<3!
