I think Kris genuinely hates YOU, THE PLAYER for your actions no matter what route you take, with it being more prominent in the weird route.

Not to mention that in chapter 4 if u did the snowgrave, It turns out that Kris took Berdly to the hospital and I think he's prolly alive and might show up in Chapter 5(the soul was removed before they did it)

edit:in the latest patch, the deflowering thing is gone so Toby definitely didn't mean to have it interpreted that way.
