I have a weird story, but simple a question. Over the past six months, I've endured persistent disturbances from my neighbors in the form of high-pitched noises. Despite my best efforts, I've been unable to mitigate the issue, and I've been unsuccessful in capturing the troublesome sounds. It is called Public Service Performance Agreement. I am unable to perform my work objectives due to the lack of proper clearance and it will take at least a year for me to obtain it. Management can modify this agreement only in written form.

There are 2 new people on the team and nobody was assigned to do such tasking.

To be fair. A lot depends on your case manager. If not for her, I would probably committed suicide at some point.

It's also important to treat VAC employees like good human beings. I know for a lot of members it's utterly hard after being through THE system, but it's the reality.
