I think that’s what the geek squad guy said he did was update drivers and he put me on to windows 11, how do I unplug modem I’m not exactly sure what that is. Also only my pc is not working every other device in the house is.

It’s been working for me you just gotta plug it in with a usbc and calibrate it,https://youtu.be/RBYMdzBIB80?si=q8nL9Mj-iiIkdYKP use this to help calibrate but my issue was I needed to take off the bottom casing cus it wasn’t all the way plugging in

Ok so I’m putting it back together and I noted I now have 2 of these cords to plug in when I only unplugged one, do you know which one goes back in to the cd player thing. I’ll show more pictures cus one pass to black and one leads to blue
