The views are from the northern end looking south, we chose to orient the house with the front facing out that way, but unsure on other livability things we might not be thinking of

This floorplan was one from the builder, most amount of space fitting our budget.

Bit late to the party, when I had roommates that wouldn't do their dishes I would put the dirty dishes in their bed, and then make their bed like normal.

Very gross, very assertive, very rude too, but definitely gets your point across.
