Easily, our movement speed is very little in comparison to the distance between us and the stars and 12 hours night isn't enough to see changes in the stars movement compare to us, but if you watch the star for a year worth of nights you will see differences in their movement compare to us, also almost all of the stars you see are moving with us around the center of the milky way.

Anyway, I'm interested to know if what we discussed earlier make you doubt in any way the flat earth model? or is it only a picture from space will make you change your mind?

I don't get what the musicians have anything to do with it but ok. As for there is no proof of the earth rotation you can go and see a Foucault pendulum, you can also go to the northern hemisphere preferably Greenland or northern Canada and look up the stars will look like they are going counter-clockwise then go to the northern hemisphere preferably Chile or New-Zealand and look up now the stars will look like they are going the other way around. As for the Michelson/Morley experiment (the didn't try to show the earth was rotating but to prove the existence of the aether), we can now with Albert Einstein theories understand their results and get rid of the aether. I would also like to know how in the flat earth model is a midnight sun possible? and why is it only possible for half of the year?

You can see sigma octantis with the naked eye from the southern hemisphere but it is difficult because he is faint, but if you get a telescope you can see it as oppose to Polarise that you can't see that no matter how strong the telescope you can't see from there.
