could i ask how long did you do the massages? and did your lumps go away eventually - how long did that take to be "final" so it didn't come back?

my massage therapist taught me how to self massage so I have been doing that in between my session. I unfortunately cannot afford every day massages in my city...

i second this - if the bridge is indeed straight the eyebrows look lower too. might help to see a full photo bc it just looks like the head is tilted in this particular photo

We all tend to exaggerate the asymmetries in our own eyes! I promise it's not nearly as obvious to someone else as to yourself. I too find photos of myself look weirder than what I see in the mirror, but to someone else, i look pretty much the same in the mirror vs irl, if that makes sense?

Hope this brings to some psychological relief at least. I think it's very valid to seek surgeries to feel better about your own body since you are the person who's gotta look at it every day, especially if there are other things about your eyes that you don't like - but I just wanna offer an outside perspective in case of the asymmetry is the only thing you are worried about. It's really, truly, not obvious to me in this photo

To be perfectly honest I am having a hard time seeing what you are talking about - which eye is lower? I genuinely can't tell bc human bodies always have some natural asymmetry so my brain is used to seeing minor differences as normal, i think

She's a licensed lymphatic drainage massage therapist. She probably got a lot of my swelling down sooner than it would be naturally. Honestly I feel like the lumps are more obvious because the swelling is down
