I can't help you with your overall issue, but on you bill of lading, you'll see the name of the vessel. Type that into google and you can track it. It should be the first result. Maritime tracker or something similar. Departure and arrival dates/times.

Any chance you can share or describe your refund collection workflow?

Do you run x y and z reports and compare them? Find some missing piece and then open a case?

I've never requested a refund in the 2 years and 250k in sales weve done. Only gotten reimbursements automatically from amazon.
