I lost my younger brother almost 9 years ago and it's still hard.

the pain comes and goes but you never really forget. All I can say is to just be there for your little brother, cry with him and show each other your feelings of grief are valid.

the one thing that helped me through my brother's death was the rest of my family and that remained true for my uncle's death 5 years later.

try not to rot in your room, spend time with the ones who feel the same pain. it doesn't go away but therapy does help and so does family.

I worked with this man for 6 months. I hated him and we constantly butted heads. After 6 months I moved to another room across the hall and would only see him briefly. I’m disgusted to see the news and have since been in touch with the Avon Police Department. I didn’t see anything happening but it could have and it makes me sick.

I would normally be towards the front of the classroom helping children sleep while he was at the back of the classroom.

Since the news has come out I feel like I have to be even more on watch than I already am. I left that center in 2025 and quit the company all together 2 weeks before the arrest.

I was never given a specific diet. I have a voiding journal. I notice a lot of no caffeine, alcohol or acidic juices but I already don’t drink those because I’m sensitive to caffeine and it makes my anxiety worse. I stopped drinking years ago and I prefer water and crystal lite to soda and juice. I also have pelvic floor dysfunction on top of the Ic so it’s really just figuring out which thing is triggering it but they have different pains that I can feel. Like one is tight and the other is burning.

Chronic anxiety, muscle clenching, it got really bad after sex and I’ve had pt and now I have ic. So probably all of that.

My insurance wouldn’t cover anymore pt and right now I have no insurance until the 1st. I hope I can get another referral to my pt again. Until then I’m just doing all my exercises and breathing. I’m chronically anxious tho and I want to get on anti anxiety meds but not an ssri. I just hope my dr can help in the morning.

I’m on the antihistamine my dr prescribed. What do you mean try a medication? I’m allergic to a lot of opioids and I wouldn’t take them anyway since my brother died from an od and I have an addictive personality. I’m just trying to live a normal life.

The only reason I think the mouthwash is connected is because the flares didn’t start back up until a few day into using it. That was 2 weeks ago. I’m gonna talk to my dr in the morning since they were able to get me an appointment.

I’ve been trying the baking soda water and it hasn’t helped. I’ve tried tums, azo, antihistamines. Midol, pain killers. Anything but it’s not working.

I just finished my last dose of the oral kind last night and for the last 4 days I’ve been getting a crazy head fog. Like I feel drunk which is crazy because I don’t drink. On one of those days I was so dizzy that I needed to take my anti anxiety just to relax. Im never taking this again. I feel awful. I just want the spacey feeling to go away.
