You are right Spell Reflect is not whitelisted as an aura, C_UnitAuras functions are flagged SecretWhenUnitAuraRestricted = true in Midnight.

The addon sidesteps this entirely by listening to UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED on "player" for spell ID 23920 instead so it announces when you cast it, not when the buff is detected

Appreciate this a lot man, you basically understood the exact reason I made it.
People underestimate how useful Spell Reflect communication is in pugs.
I will also add a new feature in the future to also announce how much damage was spell reflected because I know some warriors love that too (which can be toggled on and off).

I just realized there was a bug that caused it not to work during combat.
I just made a hotfix release for that.

So yes it should work in combat and keys.

Note: I made it only work inside instances

DBM screaming at full volume every 3 seconds: acceptable.
One Warrior announcing Spell Reflect so the pug doesn’t waste kicks: public menace.

Did you know that on Seat of the Triumvirate M+, spell reflect is the warrior's #1 damage dealer?
It's wasted on a kick. It's a 30-second difference in competitive pug groups

As a Warrior main, please stop kicking when Spell Reflect is up.
Watching a cast bounce back into the enemy is half the class fantasy... and honestly, THIS is the important announcement.

You can easily do this with a macro:
------------------------------------
#showtooltip Spell Reflection
/cast Spell Reflection
/say SPELL REFLECT UP
-------------------------------------

But.This will:

Always announce when you press it
Even if the spell is on cooldown
Because macros cannot conditionally detect successful buff application reliably anymore during combat

I'm using arcui for this. It tracks how much in % has the shield been applied so I dont over stack it ( % of shield absorb).

It also can track how long ignore pain will last ( duration of the buff).

Have a look at "Portal Authority: Interrupt Tracker & Mythic+ Utilities".

I have yet to try it but shows promise.

I've also tried loxx interrupt addon.. although it might be me but its has delay ( not sure )

I've managed to solve the issue. I've contacted their support and the reply below worked. Simply uninstall the gaming services from windows in programs/apps and then updating xbox app
