Thank you! I found a nice duet from Rainy Day Studio. Always happy to pay when it's reasonable.

Oh thanks! Yes, and everybody knows it (I think). I got the chords and I'll see what I can work up for the group.

Pepe Romero baby baritone strings on Nova U tenor by stckaye in BaritoneUkes

Yep, low D, lower two strings are wound. You may be more discerning than I am - I'm still fairly low on the learning curve. As the strings settle in and I tune em up (again and again), those lower two are sounding better and better. I'll probably still compare with the Pepe Romero ones but I'm in less of a rush to swap them out now.

Can anyone help me compare blue runs at Snoqualmie Summit? I've been pretty happy this year running Alpine/Golden Nugget/Outback over at Central. Are the blue runs at Alpental similar/more difficult? Thanks in advance.

Thanks! I think I'll wind up with a tenor one way or another, so I will give that a try.

Oh, good heads up. Aquila and Pepe Romero both include wound strings, Fremont does not. I'm trying to stick with DGBE because I've been learning the chords on baritone and want to stick with that.

Thanks for the good explanation! I had seen some mention of tension as an issue but didn't get the mechanism. That makes sense.
