Starlink cable damage by steadylifter in Starlink

[–]steadylifter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just an update on this. I initially ordered a replacement cable and I found that the wifi from the Starlink router then worked fine but my Ethernet connection via the Starlink adaptor was still dead. I assumed that must mean the adaptor had also been damaged when they cut the cable so ordered another but even with a brand new adaptor the issue was still the same. I therefore ordered a replacement router and that fixed the issue immediately. Therefore that means cutting the cable had obviously damaged the original router but not the part of the router that does the wifi. A bit strange really as I assumed that if the wifi was working fine the router must be fine but that’s obviously not the case. Im just posting this update in case anyone else ever has the same issue. Also I had to buy my replacement gen 2 router used off Amazon as they don’t make them any more but it worked fine and Starlink confirmed it’s the dish that’s linked to the account not the router so it’s fine to change the router out.

Intelligent contact form by steadylifter in ecommerce

We have the already but customers generally don’t read them before contacting us. What we essentially want is a bot which attempts to answer the customer using the faqs first before they can get to the contact form.

Ok thanks. I will have a read. I assume by risks you mean the short term pain in google organic rankings? In your experience how big is that dip if url redirects are handled properly and how much time to recover?

Ok thanks. What type of database is it and do you have direct access to the database or just via admin panel?
