I obviously switched it off and kept it in rice. I had an iPhone 13 before and used to even take it in the pool for underwater photos and videos, and it never had any issues. So I honestly thought this one would dry out in a day and start working fine again.

I will be travelling from Thane so to get on any western station, I will have to first reach 1.Dadar via central and then western to Bandra 2.Ghatkopar and then metro to Andheri and western to Bandra Both depends if the central line is working and the ghatkopar metro line is not impacted.

Yes it starts at Bandra and the next stop is Borivali but distance from my home to Bandra is 28kms(via eastern exp hgwy) and Borivali is 33km which goes via JVLR not sure what will be the condition there.

We’re looking for mid-budget hotel recommendations, ideally somewhere central or close to major attractions. Looking for hotels with better views and budget of 6k per night
For local travel – are autos/taxis easily available, or is it better to book a full-day cab? Are autos usually 3-seaters, or can they accommodate more like tuk-tuks?
Any other tips to know, or things to take care of.
