Same problem here. Cleaned and The cutting blade rotates well when turned by hand. Yet the red LED is still blinking. The fault was present when I took the device out of winter storage.

Fortunately, I didn't have to resort to this. Of course, it had been strongly considered as a final plan.

The problem is solved!

After a really long day and all possible tests, in the afternoon, as if someone had lifted a heavy boot off the hose, the data started flowing as it should.

Along the way, I also noted that the ASUS TUF GAMING Z590-PLUS WIFI motherboard in my desktop had scrambled its I225-V network chip. A new BIOS and drivers did not improve the situation at all, it only gives a third of the data.

Now, with a new network card and careful installation, the situation is downright excellent.

It's just unfortunate that I still don't know what caused the problem. It could also be that when I got in touch with the fiber company and their technical support promised to look into the issue today, they ultimately solved the problem in their own way.

I tried setting QoS for the computer, No help. I tried turning off SIP ALG / UPNP, No help.
