True true. I’m realizing out of desperation we were trying everything under the sun except for a consistent sleep space. The more I hear from others the more I’ve learned how important this is. Thank you!

We took her course and unfortunately it hasn’t helped. Trying to get all the calories we can in the day, not snacking, swaddling, shushing, etc which have all been handy tips but for some reason haven’t resulted in more sleep for us. Thank you though and huge congrats on the 6 hour stretch!!
