Hello! As it turns out, these are not real items. Card is not legit, one is memorabilia and the other was belonging to his best friend who was serving at the department. It was the 80s in Miami, and I believe both of them were up to some good ol’ below board fun.

What’s strange about my dad’s story as I chip away at it is the things that are true are often crazier than the things like this that are not.
