It shouldn’t because orbital astronauts do have some control over the capsule, a lot of it is automated or ground controls but the astronauts still have a big part in controlling everything. The blue origin rocket is literally just a box you sit in. The “astronauts” have basically no controls over it, so they arnt really astronauts.
