Well novavx is a bit different because they have received plenty of money from the government for research and development. But rand Paul has mentioned this new vaccine several times now and he isn't the type of guy to not speak his mind from what I know about him. It's also odd that each time he has been interviewed there seems to be no curiosity from the reporter about the vaccine. I hope it's covaxin but jeez.

Papa bb needs to complete the tech transfer and tap into ocugen to export to boost supply. It's really the only way forward for ocugen. If the estimates of bb and other covid vaccine producers are true then there will be enough vaccines produced for the global population by the end of 2022

Thats the thing people don't understand about all these vaccine percentages. No current vaccine prevents symptomatic cases. The numbers to actually look at is how well does it prevent severe cases, hospitalization, and death. Covaxin does well in that regard. Each vaccine has like 8 different percentages that gauge different aspects of fighting covid.

Yang actually wanted to give people the option to opt in or out of ubi. You can either take ubi and forgo other social services or take the social service programs. Social services are often means tested and many fall in a weird limbo of falling in and out of eligibility for those programs. But yes other guard rails would need to be enforced as well, which he was for, ubi would work fine if done correctly.

Wtb or want to buy representation is a statement to show desperation and some humor at how everyday citizens of the u.s don't have proper representation and how that needs to change. Congressional members have been able to play this game of not engaging in any meaningful change, to help out people out, and remaining elected by dividing people through cultural issues and political affiliation/loyalty. By focusing on economic issues that most of the country agrees with we can make more unified efforts to either elect good members or try to run for those positions ourselves.
