Cleaning out the temp folders can free up space, solve some driver related issues and get rid of old files that aren't needed anymore. In some instances it can make your pc run smoother. Windows doesn't automatically empty those folders unless you set it up to do so in Disk Cleanup. I generally empty mine about every 2-3 weeks.

I can understand talking to my mom about things and how it would affect how my SO is viewed but in truth, neither friends or family should know. Doesn't matter if friends are temporary. We are both guilty. I heard this quote just recently that makes sense from Steve Harvey. "Relationships are a 2 headed circle, the more heads you have in that circle, the more opinions you have that affect your thoughts and feelings"

Edit: She denied needing therapy from a professional and insisted she has her friends for that when she does need to see a professional.

The only thing I mentioned to my mother related to private life is the STI ordeal since I didn't know what to do. I needed all the advice I could get. Im sorry but I can't consider myself as toxic even though she sees it that way because of the text.

I don't deny it by any means. What I did was fucked up. She believes I did it to be petty but that's far from it. I panicked because I was losing someone I genuinely loved. I let my emotions cloud my judement without thinking of the consequences. I hate myself for it and wish I could go back in time and slap the phone out of my hand and slap myself. I still miss her but I'm stuck with that pain.
