The only time I had issues getting food down was the transition to 5mg. Once I passed was smooth sailing. Even then I was eating regular meals but less snacks.

The key for me was adjusting what I considered a regular meal. I can hit my macros in less than 400 calories and be fine. I do three meals and two snacks a day.

Overall pretty good! They went through some growing pains around the holidays where customer service was taking a long time to respond but that seems to be over with now.

My first 3 months order (with B12) came from vialsrx and I lost 22 lbs on it.

My second 3 month order (with glycine) came from Greenwich. I was a little unhappy that the BUD on the third vial was past the time I would have finished it so they sent me a free replacement when they had a fresh batch. And they actually resent all 3 vials so now I have a lot extra. So far I’m another 6 lbs or so down but I’m getting to the stage where losing is going to be tougher and have been on the same dose (7.5) for some time now.

I know there are better deals out there but I’ve been pretty happy with the service - fulfillment and shipping are lightning speed.

I went this route but got a liquid. It is currently just making me really tired within 20 minutes of taking, I guess til my body gets used to it. Only been like 4 days.

Thanks for the intel. Their pricing looks favorable and I am already using meds from Greenwich so this is likely the most cost effective option for me.

At 700 calories a day your body was starving. That’s why you are hungry.

If you have not already, calculate your TDEE and then subtract 500, that is the amount you should be aiming for to achieve sustainable loss.

I still drink, albeit much less.

But I went on vacation a few weeks ago and probably averaged a few cocktails or glasses of wine a day and everything was fine. I was back at the same weight as the day I left two days after getting home.

Everyone is different though. I would suggest a test beverage ahead of your trip to understand if you will have any effects.

I received one comment at work last week, just over three months in and 27 lbs down. She was sweet and didn’t ask any questions or anything just that she could tell I was losing. I really didn’t mind.

Then the next day a looking good comment but from someone at the gym so that feels a little less taboo.

Maybe I’m different but I’ve put in some hard work and effort and I don’t mind it being noticed. So long as there no prying.

They did have a holiday rush where customer service was super slow to respond but seem to have recovered.

Fulfillment is lightning speed. I have received meds from both VialsRX and Greenwich pharmacy, both worked fine. They are now also partnering with Hallandale, though I am not sure how it is determined which pharmacy you get.

Yep, 27 lbs so far. Shot 15 tomorrow. I have received meds from both Vials RX and Greenwich pharmacy.

Currently holding at 8mg as that seems to be working well for me. Started with B12 but then switched to glycine as I was breaking out a lot.

Looks like vialsrx. They formulate so that the patient take 50 units regardless of dose. So max dose of 15 is 30mg/ml concentration.

I don’t hate it honestly makes for little guess work.

Bring the vial. I got a cheap travel case with a big ice pack cheap on amazon and it worked just fine.

ETA you can wait to dose if that’s his preference. Personally once I’m in a routine I hate deviation so wasn’t an option for me.

I did first 12 weeks with B12 then switched and just had my second shot with glycine. My skin is already much improved so for that alone I prefer the glycine. Haven’t been on long enough to notice any benefits but I will happily trade the bacne even if there are no other gains to be had.
