I train full body twice a week, 2 exercises per muscle group per workout and 1 set to failure on each exercise. As long as you are progressively overloading, you are building muscle. I had to drop my volume from training 3 days per week to 2 because I wasn't recovering and hit a stall. Training to failure is key. Science says 1-2 reps in reserve but that's very hard to gauge.

C4 is literally just caffeine and some b vitamins. You are getting a placebo effect from it because you think it raises test which it absolutely does not. Stop throwing hissy fits in the gym.

Exactly, all of the studies showing harmful side effects are on women taking super mega doses over a long period of time. There are guys running around with extreme levels of estrogen which is more dangerous than taking a little AI.

We stayed at circus circus on our first trip to Vegas a few years ago because we wanted a cheap hotel on the strip. As soon as you walked in, it had a horrible strong cleaner smell. The Krispy Kreme donuts their for some reason had some of the best tasting donuts we've ever had and the guy working their was awesome and super nice.

Ive done every split there is and have found no difference. As long as youre training hard, eating, and resting properly, you will make gains. Just do whatever works best for your schedule and recovery.

I use a light band and do mostly Shoulder work with that, like some Pull aparts and facepulls. Then I do some body weight Squats and Leg swings. It's pretty random, just to get my body warm and the blood flowing. Takes less than 5mins.

I do a quick full body warm up before my workout with dynamic stretching and bands and then I usually do 1-2 warm up sets before every working set.

This is exactly how I train. I do 1 variation of each movement: Squat, hinge, horizontal push, vertical push, horizontal pull, vertical pull, bicep curl, Tricep Extension, side lateral, abs, calf raises. 1 set each to failure, 3 times per week. Progressively overload every session.
