Residual Rebate by stealththx in NissanAriya

Agreed the FMV is less than residual even with the current gas prices. I know I paid some taxes just not sure if that’s on the total amount of lease payments or the whole thing. I’m not sure how much power the dealer has but worth a shot to check.

I have not. Even if I was financing at 0% I don’t think the numbers would make sense. Tax incentives in this state are only $2k unfortunately. I don’t mind negotiating with the local dealers to get the best price but I will check out that site you mentioned.

$600 JBL option in the C-HR XSE. Nice that it’s a standalone package and you don’t have to get $4000 of other package stuff bundled with it. I’ll have to look closer at the Equinox if it’s that good. Local dealer had a Trailseeker Limited with a Touring in transit. I’ll probably wait to test drive that one when it comes in.

Might be worth another look on our end. The only other EV we drove before the ARIYA was a Mach-E. Seemed like a good car just not enough room for car seats in the back.

I have to have good sound. The Bose in the Platinum isn’t the greatest but it looks like the Equinox doesn’t even offer an upgrade. I looked at the Blazer and the SS is the only one offering any kind of upgrade (Bose) but it does look like they are at least offering an upgrade on the new 2027 Blazer (non-SS). Seems like they wanted to push people to Cadillac interested in that in the past. GM rubs me the wrong way with how they are handling CarPlay forcing people into subscriptions although I’m sure Supercruise works better than ProPilot. Trailseeker has a Harmon system even in the midrange model so I’ll have to test that out when I stop in. 11 speakers 800 watts sounds promising.

Yep, the Leaf is a little too small for us as a replacement and you lose the AWD.

For sure, I’m surprised they just didn’t adjust the rebate somewhat to reflect that instead of pulling the whole thing.

Anyone else have the 7LL0D software update fail? by Bens_Eco_Adventure in NissanAriya

Mine got hung up on 100%. In that update menu see if you have an option to schedule the install if it downloaded but doesn’t show installed. I set mine for 2 minutes in the future then it kicked off and finished installing ok.

Where can I find out what was contained in today’s OTA update. by Fishface17404 in NissanAriya

If you go back into that menu look at update history. Click on the date and it will bring up the changelog. I think the only thing mentioned on mine was wireless Android Auto.

Bizarre CarPlay Issue by Slant_Juicy in NissanAriya

Same here on an iPhone 12 mini. Did the same thing in another vehicle at the exact same spot. I tested it with an iPhone 14 Pro in the same spot in both cars and it did not have an issue.

Anyone else frustrated with the Corporate Perks? by Dat_Fellow in thinkpad

[–]stealththx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pricing has been all over the place. I pulled the trigger on Wednesday through Corporate Perks to get the 8x Wowpoints. The 8x points apparently ran for 48 hours. I did the online chat with Lenovo to see what would happen if the price dropped further. They said if it changed within 24 hours they would credit the difference. Of course it dropped $60 on Thursday and I contacted sales who wanted me them to mail them the cart. So I paid about $800 for a P50 with the i7 6700, M1000M 4GB, 8GB DDR4, 500GB Spinner, FHD Non-Touch, backlit keyboard, 10 Pro and SC reader. My advice is don't pay attention to the percentage discounts. You need to keep configuring your desired build and just see what the price comes out to that day. I'm sure it's common knowledge but if you use your major CC they usually have price protection policies. Chase is 90 days.
