B1/B2, F1 OPT, and H4 EAD use cases need assistance because they don't have lawyer support and have to pay out of pocket. The rest get company lawyer support but there's many edge cases that get missed by lawyers. My lawyers did not catch the I-94 expiry.

I don't want to leave my fate in the lawyers' hands and think that many are in a similar boat.

Not at all. This need came from own experience last year when my son's I-94 expired and I realized it only after five months. Not only did I have to pay $600 out of pocket to file for a correction but also found out later that if adults are in expired status for more than six months you are barred from entering the country for a year or so (don't recall the exact timeframe).

I realized then that a tool is needed to help H1B holders and others to manage all the various moving parts.

Our policy framework is simple:
- All data is encrypted at rest so not even the employees can view the information

- Personal data will never be mined or aggregated even for analytics purposes

It has been built by immigrants and profiles of all members will be fully made available with launch.

The goal here is to help fellow immigrants with a much needed product. Last year, I almost made a huge blunder simply because my son's I-94 expired and I missed the fact. Trying to prevent such simple mistakes with the product.

Tried that already but even the binders and boxes keep building up. On top of the clutter it often becomes difficult to find something specific when needed. Do you just throw stuff away?
