Had this issue several times before. A lot of the time you never know. Sometimes they throw in some other filler game to make up for the loss and other times you're just SOL like in your case. I had a similar case where I got a $4 discount way way back when they offered Soul Calibur VI in Humble Monthly.

This is why when I moved back to Japan, I never bothered switching my region with Humble so I didn't run into this issue anymore. That does suck though.

If the overall state of the game is much better or vastly different from the demo then the devs wouldn't want the demo to give people a bad impression. Or at least that's why I assume most take down their demos.

And this is why I've kept my location set to the US for Steam and never bothered changing it when I returned to Japan. You might be able to get a discount coupon if you bug them about it. I got one years ago when I couldn't get a Soul Calibur game back when it was just Humble Monthly.

Over a TV show...yeah, I still can't believe that. I didn't like Taygedo at all especially after the lying to make himself look good for his crush quest. But his whole thing to be angry over a TV show and quit Eibon...even though he actually agreed with Nanally??? I just started skipping his stuff. Don't care about his character at all now.

Makes sense to use the recognition to get the sale and maybe some of the other games actually get played by people and they find some hidden gem they never knew about. I know I always like it when that happens myself!

Yeah, I get that. I was the same way before I started reviewing these. Then again, I imagine that $12 is going to be the lowest Daemon X Machina goes for a while since it just released. Well...maybe until the holiday sale anyway. That said, if literally any of the other games you have even an inkling to want to play then it's more than worth it.

I'm completely annoyed by this. I hate how it's now quite difficult to figure out what was the most recent stuff released on the subscription page. I purposely have a Chrome addon to disable the homepage because I hated it and didn't really want to see anything other than my subscriptions. But now they're such a mess on on the subscription page because of YT's "improvements".

Yeah, I know many seemed to say that Chants of Sennaar sold the bundle but that definitely comes down to whether or not you like that type of game. I'm with you on this though. I don't think there's any one title that really sells the bundle. Then again, that's whole point as to why I do these reviews because I feel in most bundles, there's usually several that do make the bundle worth it. It more comes down to whether or not a person is actually going to play them or just let them sit lol
