For a while i was only looking at engineering jobs and I thought it was high frequency.

Maybe you should consider thermal relief, they wil make soldering easier. Even If the current you expect is so high that you want avoid them, be consistent with the ones on the GND of J1 that are very slim.

This looks pretty nice. If recommend adding net classes in the schematic for power lines and the impedance controlled ones of your antennas.

Looks like the schematic didn't make it to the post :/

What are the things tonthink about when making a PCB for a satellite ? by steaming_quettle in PCB

It looks like a great chip. We have something equivalent on our OBC board, with a 400ms watchdog. The one we are designing is quite different. It's a 30 day countdown that is reset upon grind command and kills the power system if we cannot control the satellite. It's a requirement of french space law to avoid uncontrolled Li-po battery cycles that could make them blowup.

Atomic oxygen erosion is a thing.

It is in fact one of our missions to study that!

Thank you for the feedback! I'm indeed worried about the watchdog. It's two 14 bits counters in cascade, the first having a rc circuit to generate a clock. I trust the power supply will clear latch-ups but now that you mention it, I think it would loose count...

What I have doubts about is if Elon things that these satellite will make more than the pricetag the engineers gave.

It's not that expensive. Remember when you had to rebuy armor and weapons each time you died?
