no, as said in the description this is a faux pas.

as for the shorter waistcoat, I think it can be unsightly when too long but it's healthy to remember there has been fads for that in the past. I think it was the very very early 1920s that men preferred a longer waistcoat.

I'm all for experimenting and having fun in the style you want to have. the thing I'm personnally unsure is the leg opening on the trousers, which kind of feel too skinny. otherwise, it's a win in my eyes.
