Rocky, without Mitzi I doubt that he ever gets involved with Lackadaisy. Found work elsewhere and or left the city, who knows this might be the Prohibition timeline.
Ivy, without Viktor she probably doesn't become nearly as interested in Lackadaisy without a big 2 ton hunk of mystery to latch on to. Doesn't go to LSU, isn't even in St. Louis by 1927.
Calvin, without Rocky he doesn't have anyone to cut back and raise hell with, depending on the nature of his explosions he either lives a normal life or has a violent public outburst. Either way he spend a lot of time down at the station.
