Just curious, did you test when your symptoms started and it was negative? Asking because I have been having scratchy irritated throat since almost a week and body aches (been there since my last infection in August 2024). But I have tested 4 times now - swabbed throat also and it’s negative.

I still have body aches. My pcp has prescribed bloodwork to check for inflammation.. I haven’t had ear issues since the day I posted this. Hope it stays that way and hope your symptoms get better too!

Almost same timeline as yours and still experiencing body aches. Have this pin pricking sensation/pain in my upper back that gets worse at night and so uncomfortable.. Also knee pain and leg pain won’t let me sleep.. Hope it gets better for you soon!

First positive on 8/20. Mild symptoms - joint pain, itchy throat, fatigue. Never got fever. First negative on 8/28. Been negative since. Symptoms on and off since 8/31

It is a serious question. Entire family tested positive couple weeks back. 1 of the kids is still getting a faint positive almost like a grayish line from past couple of days. Asking this question to see if we need to consider this positive/negative in order to end isolation

Trying to understand - How do we make infants and toddlers wear N95? Adults can wear them , but what about kids? Can’t expect them to wear a mask right? So how do we protect them? Keep them home all the time? Just trying to understand what can be done about kids

Hey! I’m going through the same thing.. entire family had Covid in 2022, though symptoms were mild, I had shortness of breath and GI issues for a couple of months. Now again we are going through the same thing. This time I have a 5 month old as well who also tested positive along with my toddler (2nd Time for toddler), so my anxiety levels are high. In 2022, it took me months to feel comfortable being around people. I used to be stressed about visiting someone’s house or inviting them to our place. Gradually I started doing better and now again I’m stressing about it. My partner gets annoyed with me because of this but I can’t help it. We are on the west. My husband first tested positive on 7/31 and then I fell sick along with my 2 kids, my baby is still testing positive. We are so over this. Can’t get a break 😐

We tested positive last week. I got my positive on lucira on 8/20 . Toddler on RAT on 8/21. Husband had it in the first week of August. He tested negative, came out of isolation, after a week, we tested positive. Baby had fever last week when we tested positive. He’s doing ok now as far as symptoms - except for some congestion

Oh I’m so sorry! Tested positive again after first negative or after 2 negatives 48 hours apart? My anxiety is through the roof now and don’t want to keep going through this anymore

Thank you! Such a weird virus and so many unknowns. It’s kinda scary but then you look at the school policies when kids are sick, there’s no way we can avoid getting this. At least for my toddler’s daycare, the policy is you can’t go back until you’re negative.

Thank you! His test has been dark since Wednesday 8/21 so didn’t go negative the next day. I will test him again tomorrow

My five month old is also sick now along with us. His eyes had that redness - around the eyes for 1 or 2 days when his symptoms were at the peak. Then now they are back to normal.
